I have been in the Mortgage Business since 1993. Started at Barclays American Mortgage as loan officer ( 1 year)Norwest ( 2 years) as loan officer, 10 years at CTX as division vice-president and branch manager, 1.5 years at New Century as branch/area manager.Expert in FHA/VA/conventional
Have extensive underwriting and training experience in FHA/ Conventional
Before 1993 worked for Prudential-Bache for 8 years in the securities division setting up corporate pension plans for some of the largest employers in the Nashville area.Prior to that worked in residential real estate sales and development.Native Nashvillian.
Went to Peabody/University School and then Vanderbilt.
