I have been in the mtg bus for 15 years (Since Oct 1993). I have mostly been a loan officer, but have also been an underwriter and branch manager for Countrywide. I started out as a loan officer for Liberty Trust Mtg in Brentwood (Now closed) for the first 5 years and then moved to Birmingham and worked for a lender "Coats and Company" (As an LO) for a year From 1998-1999. I then moved back to Nashville (1999) and worked for Countrywide at that time for about a year (LO, Branch Mgr, Underwriter). I was at various mtg brokers/lenders as an LO (Sellers Mtg, CTX Mtg, Bishop-Wulff) and then landed at Titan Mtg for and was there approx 4 years (As an LO). I have now been at Elite for 2 yrs this month. I deal with first time home buyers a great deal, using FHA and down payment assistance programs, but really handle any mortggae need that is out there. I take great care of my clients, putting myself in their shoes, and providing a service, recommending a mortgage loan that is taylored to suit their needs.
